From a morning walk along the Grand River.

Just spent 3 days in Detroit. We went to the Detroit Institute of the Arts. Of all the magnificent pieces we saw (and we saw a lot!) This is the portrait that has stayed with me.

 My daughter and I in front of the Gillis house in Brush Park. Just a couple of blocks away from the ballpark and football thingy.The two other pictures are from the Detroit Free Press. The black and white photo was the house in its heyday. Fortunately Nicole Curtis from Rehab Addict (television show) is going to restore it. GO NICOLE!
